Store Hours: Mon–Fri: 10:00am – 9:00pm, Sat–Sun: 9:00am – 9:00pm
Shifts may start/end up to 2 hours outside store hours for prep/closing
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant & Retail Associate, you’ll bring the brand to life by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Greet and assist guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
Prepare delicious treats including sundaes, shakes, and specialty items
Recommend products and drive sales through upselling
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Stock, merchandise, and maintain product displays
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support both front-of-house service and back-of-house prep

What We’re Looking For

Great communication and basic math skills
Willingness to learn and grow
Previous retail or food service experience is a plus (not required!)

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma preferred
